Reema Rao-Patel is a (mostly) fiction writer, whose work can be found in The Los Angeles Review, Hayden's Ferry Review, Witness, So To Speak, and elsewhere. Her writing has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net and has been supported by Roots. Wounds. Words., Tin House, Kenyon Review, American Short Fiction and the Key West Literary Seminar workshops. Currently, she is a fiction reader for Split Lip Magazine and a short story/flash fiction reader for Split/Lip Press. She lives in Chicago with her husband, son, and pup, and is at work on her first short story collection and novel.
