Reema Rao-Patel is a (mostly) fiction writer, whose work can be found in The Los Angeles Review, Hayden's Ferry Review, Witness, So To Speak, and elsewhere. She is a Best of the Net finalist, a Wigleaf Top 50 longlister, and a Pushcart Prize nominee, and has been supported by Roots. Wounds. Words., Tin House, Kenyon Review, American Short Fiction and the Key West Literary Seminar workshops. Currently, she is a reader for Split Lip Magazine and formerly for Split/Lip Press. She lives in Chicago with her husband, son, and pup, and is at work on her first short story collection and novel.
